Refund & Return Policy
Returns within 14 days
You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The product must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging with all labels, and returned with the invoice.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Please check your order at delivery. If an item is damaged in shipping, missing, or not what you ordered, refuse it at delivery or contact us within 48 hours with photos or a video. Claims for visible damage made after this period can't be accepted.
Manufacturing defects (30 days)
If a product develops a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, contact us with photos or a video. The product must be returned to us for inspection. If the defect is confirmed, we'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping costs.
Not covered: damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, liquid damage, incorrect cleaning or sterilization, or not following the manufacturer's instructions.
Hygiene and personal-care products
For your baby's health and safety, the following can only be returned if unopened with the seal intact:
Feeding bottles, nipples, pacifiers and teethers
Breast pumps and their parts
Skincare, bath and baby-care products (creams, lotions, shampoos, oils)
Nursing and maternity underwear
Opened items in these categories can't be returned unless they have a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Return shipping costs
Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
Damaged, wrong or defective item: we cover all shipping costs.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order within 7 days of placing it. If it hasn't shipped yet, cancellation is free. If it has already shipped, you can refuse it at delivery; the delivery fee may apply.
How to return
Contact us on : Instagram @mamapetit.eg / [Mamapetit88@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason.
We'll arrange a courier pickup or give you the return address.
Once we receive and inspect the item (within [3] working days), we'll process your refund or exchange.
How refunds are paid
Since orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are sent within [7] working days of approval by InstaPay, mobile wallet or bank transfer, or as store credit if you prefer. Exchanges depend on stock availability; any price difference will be paid or refunded.

الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا
يمكنك إرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام دون إبداء أسباب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح وفي عبوته الأصلية المغلقة بكامل ملصقاتها، مع إرفاق الفاتورة.
المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة أو الناقصة
يُرجى فحص الطلب عند الاستلام. إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو ناقصًا أو مختلفًا عن طلبك، يمكنك رفض الاستلام أو التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة مع صور أو فيديو. لا يمكن قبول مطالبات التلف الظاهر بعد هذه المدة.
عيوب الصناعة (30 يومًا)
إذا ظهر في المنتج عيب صناعة خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام، تواصلي معنا مع صور أو فيديو. يجب إعادة المنتج إلينا لفحصه، وعند التأكد من وجود العيب نقوم باستبداله أو رد قيمته كاملة بما في ذلك مصاريف الشحن.
لا يشمل الضمان: التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو الحوادث أو السقوط أو التعرض للسوائل أو التنظيف أو التعقيم بطريقة خاطئة أو عدم اتباع تعليمات الشركة المصنعة.
منتجات النظافة والعناية الشخصية
حفاظًا على صحة وسلامة طفلك، لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التالية إلا إذا كانت مغلقة وختمها سليم:
الرضاعات والحلمات واللهايات والعضاضات
شفاطات اللبن وقطع غيارها
منتجات العناية بالبشرة والاستحمام (الكريمات واللوشن والشامبو والزيوت)
الملابس الداخلية للرضاعة والحمل
لا يمكن إرجاع هذه المنتجات بعد فتحها إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعة مؤكد.
مصاريف شحن الإرجاع
في حالة تغيير الرأي: يتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن الإرجاع ، ولا تُسترد مصاريف التوصيل الأصلية.
في حالة المنتج التالف أو الخاطئ أو المعيب: نتحمل نحن جميع مصاريف الشحن.
إلغاء الطلب
يمكنك إلغاء طلبك خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الطلب. إذا لم يتم شحن الطلب بعد، يكون الإلغاء مجانيًا. إذا تم شحنه بالفعل، يمكنك رفض استلامه، وقد يتم تحصيل مصاريف التوصيل.
طريقة الإرجاع
تواصلي معنا على  إنستجرام @mamapetit.eg / [mamapetit88@gmail.com] مع رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع.
سنرتب استلام المنتج عن طريق شركة الشحن أو نرسل لك عنوان الإرجاع.
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه (خلال [3] أيام عمل)، سنقوم بالاسترداد أو الاستبدال.
طريقة رد المبلغ
نظرًا لأن الدفع عند الاستلام، يتم رد المبلغ خلال [7] أيام عمل من الموافقة عن طريق إنستاباي أو المحافظ الإلكترونية أو التحويل البنكي، أو كـرصيد في المتجر إذا فضّلتِ ذلك. الاستبدال حسب توافر المنتج، ويتم دفع أو رد فرق السعر إن وُجد.
